Wine Club 

How does your wine club work?

It's easy! First, you'll choose to subscribe to either Club Good Life, Club animé, Club JINSEI, or Club vīvō. Then you'll select either 6 bottles or 12 bottles per year.

How do I get a free membership?

You can fill out the form online, call, or email and we can help you get signed up.

How much does it cost? 

The cost will depend on whether you choose 6-bottle or 12-bottle shipments, but we do have maximum limit charges so you know the charge will not exceed the estimated amount.

Can I cancel my membership? 

Yes, there is no contract and your membership can be cancelled at any time by sending us an email: info@cawinesnvines.com. We are confident you will enjoy the wine and it’s such a nice surprise when it arrives.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We will replace or refund any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed, or that the customer finds unsatisfactory. We ask the customer to return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed. We are also unable to accept returns of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that was ordered in error. Please send an email to info@cawinesnvines.com to arrange for the return of any corked or flawed product.

Once the wine is received, we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed, you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all cancelled orders.
